By subscribing, purchasing, or accessing the Service, you agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

1. General Rule (Digital Product Policy)

⚠️ All purchases made on our platform relate to digital products and automated deployment services, which are non-returnable once activated.

Refunds are not guaranteed unless they fall under specific conditions mentioned below.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only in the following circumstances:

2.1 Technical Failure on Our Side

A refund may be considered if:

The Service fails to function due to a verified technical issue caused by Lofingo
The issue persists beyond 72 hours despite our support team's efforts
The failure prevents you from accessing the core platform features

Note: User-side issues (device problems, internet issues, third-party integrations) do not qualify.

2.2 Duplicate or Accidental Payment

Refund is processed if:

Same amount charged twice
Verifiable technical glitch

2.3 Misbilling or Incorrect Plan Charge

If you were incorrectly billed for:

A higher plan
An addon you did not activate
A feature mistakenly auto-renewed due to our error

We will adjust the amount or refund the difference.

3. Non-Refundable Conditions

Refunds will NOT be provided in these cases:

3.1 Change of Mind

No refund if you:

No longer need the Service
Chose another provider
Decided not to use the platform after purchase

3.2 Partial Usage

If you use any part of the Service, it becomes non-refundable:

Launching a product
Using templates
Exporting code
Accessing dashboards

3.3 Custom Work, Deployments & API Costs

Fees spent on the following are strictly non-refundable:

Custom integrations
Third-party API usage
Dedicated server deployments
Custom design work

3.4 Violations of Terms & Conditions

If your account is suspended due to:

AbuseIllegal useFraudSpamTerms violations

No refund will be issued.

3.5 Expired Billing Cycles

Refund requests raised after the billing period has ended are not eligible.

4. Subscription Cancellation

4.1 Cancel Anytime

Cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard or by email

4.2 No Penalty

There are no cancellation charges or penalties

4.3 Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

You will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle
No additional fees will be charged
Your data may be deleted per our Data Retention Policy after a specific duration

4.4 Immediate Termination for Free Trials

If you cancel before a free trial ends, you will not be charged.

5. Refund Process & Timelines

5.1 How to Request a Refund

Transaction ID
Reason for refund

5.2 Review Timeline

Refund requests are reviewed within 7 business days

5.3 Refund Decision

Once approved:

  • • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • • It may take 7–14 business days depending on the bank/payment gateway

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

6.1 Mandatory Communication

⚠️ Before raising a chargeback, you MUST contact Lofingo for resolution.

6.2 Unauthorized / Fraudulent Chargebacks

If a chargeback is filed without prior communication:

Access to your account may be suspended
All data related to your projects may be deleted
We may dispute the chargeback with necessary evidence

6.3 Legal Remedies

For fraudulent disputes, Lofingo reserves the right to pursue:

Legal action
Debt collection
Recovery of loss and damages

7. Auto-Renewals

7.1 Automatic Billing

Your subscription may renew automatically unless:

You turn off auto-renewal
You cancel before renewal date

7.2 No Refund on Auto-Renewal

Refunds are NOT provided if:

You forgot to cancel before renewal
You were unaware of active auto-renewal
You did not use the service after renewal

8. Exceptions (Case-by-Case)

Lofingo may, at its sole discretion, approve exceptions under special circumstances, including:

Early-stage subscription with no usage

Note: This is not a guarantee and is evaluated individually on a case-by-case basis.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Governed by Laws of India

This Refund & Cancellation Policy is governed by the laws of India

Jurisdiction

Exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddh Nagar (Noida), Uttar Pradesh
